It is bordered to the east by the ancient capital of the Thirteen Dynasties, Luoyang, to the west by the ancient capital of the Thirteen Dynasties, Xi'an, to the north by the hometown of Guan Gong, Shanxi Yuncheng, and to the south by the "Oriental Automobile City" of Shiyan in Hubei Province. Sanmenxia Sanofi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in August 2001, evolved from the original Sanmenxia Pharmaceutical Factory, and has a fifty year history of drug production. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hainan Hengyuan Fudi Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. It is a modern pharmaceutical enterprise that integrates technology development, production, and operation, with the production of raw materials as the foundation, pharmaceutical preparations as the leader, and new product development as the guide. We have four modern production lines and supporting facilities that have passed national GMP certification for solid preparations, powder injections, traditional Chinese medicine extraction, and raw material synthesis. We have 35 types of production approval numbers (7 for raw materials, 26 for tablets, and 2 for capsules), including 8 new drug varieties in Class II, III, and IV. We attach great importance to the protection and research and development of core technologies. We have one technology patent invention and seven utility model patents, and have been recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Henan Province for many consecutive years.
